The Brief:
I saw a job posted on People Per Hour by Orla, requesting a ‘Logo Update’, I sent a proposal, along with 26 others, and she accepted mine. Orla wanted her logo updated to use on some stationery design; a business card, letterhead & invoice. She also requested some changes to the strap line, and the files to be print ready.
The Solution:
Orla did not have a design file of the logo, so I suggested that I redraw it for her as a vector file. This ensures that the quality of the logo is as high as it can be. I had to spend some time online searching for the font used, once I had this, I used Adobe Illustrator to redraw the logo.
The next step was to use the logo vector file on the business card, letterhead & invoice designs. These were again created using Adobe Illustrator. The final files were supplied as PDF’s, JPEG’s & Word docs (invoice & letterhead).
